Shipping Carriers:  We use several shipping providers – UPSP, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Ground shipping:  UPS Ground, U.S. Postal Service, or FedEx Ground may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both USPS and UPS/FedEx deliveries.

Military addresses: USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please make sure to use USA as the country for military addresses.

P.O. Boxes:  We cannot accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address, except military addresses. If you do not receive U.S. Mail at your home address, please be aware that if you select Ground shipping, your package may be shipped with USPS. 

Weather Delays:  Once your package is in transit, please note that your order may be delayed due to inclement weather occurring along the shipment route, regardless of shipment method. We are not responsible for these delays.
